Dynamic air compression effectively mimics the muscle pump of the legs and arms, enhancing the movement of fluid and metabolites out of the limbs after an intense workout. Studies show it can help relieve muscle aches and/or pain and temporarily increase circulation resulting in increased flexibility, range of motion, injury prevention, and accelerated recovery time. It is being used in a variety of settings including: pro and college level sports teams, CrossFit athletes, MMA fighters, runners and cyclists.
Cupping therapy creates a suction under the skin with the purpose of helping with pain, inflammation, muscle tension, blood flow, relaxation and well-being. Cupping also increases blood circulation under the cup to promote cellular repair; which will enhance injury recovery time.

The ArthroStim works just like a manual chiropractic adjustment would. The ArthroStim produces precise inputs to the spine which stimulates neural receptors in the injured/affected area. The receptors produce nerve impulses which transmit important information to the brain. Your brain then processes this information and uses it to update its awareness about the condition of the area. Once the brain evaluates the changes prompted by the adjustment, it can begin sending self-correcting commands to the nervous, skeletal, and muscular systems to bring about healing within your body.
The ArthroStim Instrument allows your doctor to maintain the effectiveness of your treatment while greatly reducing the amount of force that is used. Individuals that may especially benefit from the use of the ArthroStim include:
· Infants and young children
· Individuals with acute or extreme pain
· Particularly sensitive individuals
· Individuals who dislike being “cracked”
· Elderly individuals
